Welcome to the South Fremont News and Views annual events site.  We will be showcasing events that are very popular in south Fremont County, Idaho. Some of these events attract people from all over the world.  While these events all take place in St. Anthony, Idaho, many of the organizers are from all over south Fremont County towns and areas such as Chester, Parker, Wilford, Teton, Newdale, Egin, Twin Groves and Salem. Please take the time to read about each event. The events are not presented in any special order, though one has been going on for more than 50 years! 

   The area of south Fremont County is sparsely populated, quite rural and obviously well spread out. But in spite of our numbers being less than 6,000 persons, we have a quite a few annual events, more than most of the larger cities in America! That's what makes the people of south Fremont County the best in the world. Come visit during one of these events and see what community support really is.
